We at NT International have a dedicated customer service team that meticulously handles your orders quickly and efficiently, with most orders being dispatched within 24 hours of being placed; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. Should any unforeseen delays occur, you will be notified within 48 hours of placing your order. All our large orders are palletized and dispatched using AKW Global formerly known as Pallet Line and smaller orders are sent out via couriers. All our orders are tracked and require a signature at the point of delivery. Please consider this when selecting a delivery address/location. Being an importer, wholesaler, and cash ‘n’ carry of Stationary, Cleaning Products, and Housewares we value all sizes of orders.

Deliveries are made from Monday – Friday. During weekends and public holidays, there are no deliveries, but we will be pleased to quote for a bespoke delivery requirement either Saturday Delivery, Timed Delivery, Off-Shore Delivery, etc. Our deliveries are insured for the full value of the order. Although we endeavor to have your order with you as quickly as possible, please allow for a slight delay with shipment and delivery during promotional activity.

Our Minimum Order Value (MOV):
Minimum order £1200 for England, Scotland, and Wales with free delivery.
Minimum order £1200 for Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland with a £50 flat delivery charge on all the orders.

Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ):
The minimum order for each item is one carton.

Charges:
Please note a surcharge of 2.5% will be added to the value of the order for payments by credit card. Your goods will be shipped to the address registered with your Credit Card Company. Orders are dispatched only on receipt of payment by bank transfer or credit/debit card authorisation from your Card Issuer, or when your cheque is cleared.
